PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cooperation control of a wireless telephone terminal while preventing a user from feeling resistance and without requiring a complicated setting operation.SOLUTION: A router RT transfers to a telephone control device 10 a call control message addressed to a network that is transmitted from a wireless telephone terminal 30 to an IP telephone network NW. With respect to a message related to registration processing of the wireless telephone terminal 30 to the IP telephone network NW, among the call control messages addressed to the network that are transferred from the router RT, a transfer controller 14A of the telephone control device 10 changes the transmission source address information included in the message to address information of the own device, and then transmits the message to the IP telephone network NW. With respect to a call control message addressed to the terminal from the IP telephone network NW that is received in response to the message, the transfer controller 14A changes the transmission destination address information included in the message to address information of the wireless telephone terminal 30, and then transmits the message to the wireless telephone terminal 30. 【課題】複雑な設定操作を必要とすることなく、また利用者が抵抗を感じることなく、無線電話端末を連携制御する。【解決手段】ルータＲＴが、無線電話端末３０からＩＰ電話網ＮＷに送信された網宛て呼制御メッセージを電話制御装置１０へ転送し、電話制御装置１０の転送制御部１４Ａが、ルータＲＴから転送された網宛て呼制御メッセージのうち、ＩＰ電話網ＮＷに対する無線電話端末３０の登録処理に関するメッセージについて、当該メッセージに含まれる送信元アドレス情報を自装置のアドレス情報に変更した後、ＩＰ電話網ＮＷへ送信し、これに応じて受信したＩＰ電話網ＮＷからの端末宛て呼制御メッセージについて、当該メッセージに含まれる送信先アドレス情報を無線電話端末３０のアドレス情報に変更した後、無線電話端末３０へ送信する。【選択図】 図１
