Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality light-emitting unit that enables cut in material cost due to reduction in the number of components and shorter production takt time due to simplification of production process, and is capable of suppressing wrinkles, distortion, floating (peeling) or the like.SOLUTION: A light-emitting unit includes: a light-emitting part 20 constituted by mounting an LED 30 on an FPC 40; a heat radiation part 50 that transmits heat radiated from the light-emitting part 20 to a target other than the light-emitting part 20; and a joint part 11 for joining the light-emitting part 20 and the heat radiation part 50. The joint part 11 is constituted of a contact face of a base material 41 constituting the FPC 40 with the heat radiation part 50, and contains a resin material having a glass-transition temperature higher than the maximum arrival temperature of at least one of the light-emitting part 20 itself due to emission of light by the light-emitting part 20 and the heat radiation part 50 and lower than a mounting temperature of a light emitter in the FPC 40.
【課題】部品点数の削減による材料費の低減及び製造工程の簡素化による製造タクトの短縮が可能で、また、皺や歪み、浮き(剥離)などが抑制されて高品質な発光ユニットなどを提供する。【解決手段】FPC40にLED30が実装されて構成された発光部20と、発光部20から放出される熱を発光部20以外の対象に伝達する放熱部50と、発光部20と放熱部50とを接合する接合部11と、を備え、接合部11は、FPC40を構成する基材41の放熱部50との接触面により構成されており、発光部20の発光に伴う発光部20自身及び放熱部50の少なくとも一方の最高到達温度より高く且つ発光素子のFPC40への実装温度より低いガラス転移温度を有する樹脂素材を含んでいる。【選択図】図1 |
