Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor excellent in light emitting intensity and light emitting efficacy, which can excite with an excitation light having a wavelength longer than before; a light emitting composition comprising the same; and a light emitter using the same.SOLUTION: A phosphor consists of a rare earth metal and a phosphine oxide ligand or phosphinic acid ligand comprising two phosphine oxide structures or phosphinic acid structures, where they are bound to each other with a group having a siloxane bond having alkylene groups at both terminals. A light emitting composition comprises it. This phosphor can be produced by reacting a compound having a siloxane bond to a rare earth complex coordinated with a phosphine oxide.
【課題】従来よりも長波長の励起光で励起可能な、発光強度および発光効率に優れた蛍光体およびそれを含む発光性組成物、ならびにそれを用いた発光素子の提供。【解決手段】希土類金属と、ホスフィンオキシド構造またはホスフィン酸構造を二つ含み、それらが両末端にアルキレン基を有するシロキサン結合を有する基で結合された、ホスフィンオキシド配位子またはホスフィン酸配位子とからなる蛍光体と、それを含んでなる発光性組成物。この蛍光体は、ホスフィンオキシドが配位した希土類錯体に、シロキサン結合を有する化合物を反応させることにより製造できる。【選択図】図1 |
