Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of an absorber used in a conventional sanitary material product, obtained by mixing pulverized pulp and an absorbent resin, the problems being brought about because the adsorbent resin and pulp are difficult to be mixed uniformly, that blocking of gels occurs during water absorption, that an amount of water absorption, liquid permeability, and an instantaneous absorption rate decrease and rewetting increases, and that dry feeling becomes deteriorated.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite prepared by directly contacting water-adsorbent resin and fiber powder, whereby blocking of gels can be prevented; speed of water absorption, dry feeling, and liquid permeability are improved; an instantaneous absorption rate can be improved; and rewetting can be decreased. Further, it becomes possible to prevent the gels from blocking by directly adhering paper powder of a specific particle diameter with the water-absorbent resin without performing outer surface crosslinking, a conventional means of preventing blocking of the gels when producing a water absorbent resin. The composite can maintain high water-absorbing power and absorb even a highly viscous solution which has heretofore been difficult. 【課題】従来の衛材製品に使用される粉砕パルプと吸水性樹脂とを混合した吸収体では、吸水性樹脂とパルプとの均一混合が困難であることから、吸水時にゲルブロッキングが発生し、吸収量、通液性、瞬間吸収速度の低下およびリウェットの増大、ドライ感に劣る問題が生起する。【解決手段】吸水性樹脂と繊維粉を直接接触させ、ゲルブロッキングを防止することができ、吸水速度や吸収後のドライ感および通液性が向上し、瞬間吸収速度の向上やリウェットが低減できる複合物を提供するものである。また、特定の粒径の紙粉と吸水性樹脂を直接接着させ、かつ従来吸水性樹脂製造時にゲルブロッキングを防ぐ目的の外表面架橋をせず、ゲルブロッキングを防ぐことが可能となった。本発明の複合物は高性能の吸水力の維持、さらに従来困難であった高粘度溶液をも吸収することも可能であることを見出した。【選択図】 図1
