The power collection device 200 comprises: a power value acquisition unit 210 for acquiring a power value measured by a measurement instrument 130 for measuring power values generated in one or more power generation facilities including a renewable energy power generator; an environment information acquisition unit 220 for acquiring environment information detected by an environment sensor 120 provided around the renewable energy power generator 110; and a power information transmission unit 230 for transmitting the acquired power value and environment information to the analysis server 300 through a network. The analysis server 300 comprises an identification unit 310 which: identifies the power values received from the power collection device 200 by renewable energy type on the basis of the environment information received from the power collection device 200 and a power conversion efficiency of each renewable energy; and acquires the result of the identification.
