Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV curable coating composition excellent in transparency and resistances to wear, weather and hot water and a coating film formation method.SOLUTION: A UV curable coating composition comprises (a) a urethane acrylate having 2-9 acryloyl groups, (b) a urethane acrylate having 1-3 acryloyl groups in the molecule and being different from ingredients (a) and (c), (c) a urethane acrylate having 1-3 acryloyl groups in the molecule and being different from the ingredients (a) and (b), (d) an acetophenone-based photopolymerization initiator, (e) a phosphine oxide-based photopolymerization initiator, (f) a UV absorber and (g) a photo-stabilizer. 【課題】透明性、耐摩耗性、耐候性、及び耐温水性に優れた紫外線硬化型塗料組成物、及び塗膜形成方法を提供すること【解決手段】（ａ）２〜９個のアクリロイル基を有するウレタンアクリレート、（ｂ）分子内に１〜３個のアクリロイル基を有し、成分（ａ）及び成分（ｃ）とは異なるウレタンアクリレート、（ｃ）分子内に１〜３個のアクリロイル基を有し、成分（ａ）及び成分（ｂ）とは異なるウレタンアクリレート、（ｄ）アセトフェノン系の光重合開始剤、（ｅ）フォスフィンオキサイド系の光重合開始剤、（ｆ）紫外線吸収剤、（ｇ）光安定剤を含む紫外線硬化性塗料組成物を用いる。【選択図】なし
