SEAL LABEL AND PACKAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a state from returning to a state occluding an opening when the opening is peeled from a packaging bag.SOLUTION: A seal label 1 having a first base material and a second base material, and for sealing an opening by joint of the second base material to the opening of the package comprises: a sealing part 10 for sealing the opening; and a support part 20 connected to the sealing part and jointed to the package. The second base material has a partial area where joint strength with the first base material is lower than that on other areas. The sealing part and the support part are divided by a pair of notches 21. On a connection part of the sealing part and the support part, a support part cut line 24 extending between the pair of notches and penetrating the first base material and whose both ends are folded, is provided. The folded positions of ends of the pair of notches, a straight line part of the support part cut line, and folded positions of both ends of the support part cut line, are disposed so as to become different in a peeling direction. When the opening is exposed by peeling the sealing part, the partial area remains in the surrounding of the opening as a reinforcement member. 【課題】包装袋から剥離した際に、開口を塞ぐ状態に戻りにくくする。【解決手段】第一基材と第二基材とを有し、第二基材が包装容器の開口に接合されて開口を密閉する密閉ラベル１は、開口を密閉する密閉部１０と、密閉部と接続されて包装容器に接合される支持部２０とを備え、第二基材は、一部領域の第一基材との接合強度が他の領域よりも低下されており、密閉部と支持部とは一対の切り込み２１により区分され、密閉部と支持部との接続部位には、一対の切り込みの間に延びて第一基材を貫通し、両端が折り返された支持部カット線２４を有し、一対の切り込みの端部の折り返し位置と、支持部カット線の直線部と、支持部カット線の両端の折り返し位置とは、剥離方向において互いに異なるように配置され、密閉部を剥離して開口を露出したときに、一部領域が補強部材として前記開口の周囲に残存する。【選択図】図１
