Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative material having both excellent abrasion resistance and processing suitability, even if a large uneven pattern is formed on the decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has, on a substrate sheet 1, at least a transparent resin layer 4 and a surface protective layer 6 in this order. The decorative sheet and a decorative material satisfy (1)-(4) below. (1) An uneven pattern is formed on a surface of the decorative sheet; (2) Ten point average roughness Rz(JISB0601:1982) of the uneven pattern is 40 μm or more; (3) Thickness of the transparent resin layer is 70 μm or more; and (4) Martens hardness of the transparent resin layer is less than 30 N/mm. 【課題】化粧シートに大きい凹凸模様を形成した場合でも、優れた耐摩耗性及び加工適性を併せ持つ化粧シート及び化粧材を提供する。【解決手段】基材シート１上に、少なくとも透明性樹脂層４及び表面保護層６を順に有する化粧シートであって下記の（１）〜（４）を満足する化粧シート及び化粧材。(1)前記化粧シートの表面に、凹凸模様が形成され(2)前記凹凸模様の十点平均粗さRz(JISB0601:1982)が、40μm以上で(3)前記透明性樹脂層の厚さが70μm以上、(4)前記透明性樹脂層のマルテンス硬さが30N/mm2未満。【選択図】図４
