Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threaded bolt capable of being inexpensively manufactured, and driven into a processing material by a hand-held driving device without problems similarly as an existing threaded bolt.SOLUTION: A threaded bolt includes a fixing portion 13, a load engagement portion 12 having a thread 15, and a head 11. The load engagement portion 12 is provided with a pin-shaped core region 17, the core region 17 is formed integrally with the fixing portion 13 and the head 11, the core region 17, the fixing portion 13 and the head 11 are made of metal, and a threaded sleeve 16 made of a synthetic resin material and provided with the thread 15, is fixed to a radial outer side of the core region 17. Preferably, the threaded sleeve 16 is formed on the core region 17 by injection molding, and the core region 17 is provided with fixing means 19 for fixing the threaded sleeve 16 in a state of not being rotatable. More preferably, the threaded sleeve 16 is made of a glass fiber-reinforced synthetic resin, and the core region, the fixing portion and the head are made of stainless steel. 【課題】安価に製造可能であり、既知のねじボルトと同様に、手持ち打込み装置によって加工材に問題無く打込むことのできるねじボルトを得る。【解決手段】固定部13と、ねじ山15を有する荷重係合部12と、ヘッド11と、を備えるねじボルトにおいて、荷重係合部12にピン状のコア領域17を設け、このコア領域17を固定部13およびヘッド11と一体に形成し、コア領域17、固定部13、およびヘッド11を金属により形成し、コア領域17の半径方向外側に、ねじ山15を設けた、合成樹脂材料製のねじ付きスリーブ16を固定する。好適には、ねじ付きスリーブ16は、コア領域17上に射出成形することにより形成し、コア領域17に、ねじ付きスリーブ16を回転不能に固定する固定手段19を設ける。さらに好適には、ねじ付きスリーブ16は、ガラス繊維強化合成樹脂により形成し、コア領域、固定部、およびヘッドを、ステンレス鋼により形成する。【選択図】図1
