Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve earthquake strengthening in a state in which workability is made excellent and sufficient waterproofness is secured for an existing building.SOLUTION: There is provided a fitting structure for an earthquake strengthening frame 10 such that an opening 30 for connection is formed by partially removing an outer wall member SY in a region corresponding to a horizontal member BM of a building H and the earthquake strengthening frame 10 installed outdoor is connected to the horizontal member BM through the opening 30 for connection. Waterproof processing is performed by providing a cutoff member 40 which covers an end face 31 of the outer wall member SY constituting a lower edge of the opening 30 for connection, is fitted to an outer surface of the horizontal member BM through an inner end part 42, and has an outer end part 43 projected outdoors more than an outer surface of the outer wall member SY, between the edge part of the opening 30 for connection formed in the outer wall member SY and the horizontal member BM, before the earthquake strengthening frame 10 is connected to the horizontal member BM.
【課題】作業性を良好にし、かつ既存建築物に対して十分な防水性を確保した状態で耐震補強すること。【解決手段】建築物Hの横架材BMに対応した部位の外壁部材SYを部分的に除去して連結用開口30を形成し、室外に設置した耐震補強枠10を、連結用開口30を介して横架材BMに連結するようにした耐震補強枠10の取付構造であって、外壁部材SYに形成した連結用開口30の縁部と横架材BMとの間には、横架材BMに耐震補強枠10を連結する以前に、連結用開口30の下縁を構成する外壁部材SYの端面31を覆い、かつ内端部分42を介して横架材BMの外表面に取り付けられるとともに、外端部分43が外壁部材SYの外表面よりも室外側に突出する水切部材40を設けて防水処理を施した。【選択図】図3 |
