Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin molded article excellent in surface smoothness, surface appearance and flame retardancy by preventing generation of aggregates of a flame retardant in a thermoplastic resin such as a polyester resin (PET, PBT and the like), especially a thermoplastic resin molded article excellent in mechanical strength by preventing breakage starting from aggregates, particularly in a tube, sheet, film, fiber or the like.SOLUTION: A production method of a flame retardant resin composition is provided, which includes: a step of producing a master batch in advance by melting and kneading a thermoplastic resin with an organic metal phosphate having a specific surface area of 1.5 [m/g] or more and a maximum particle diameter of 45 [μm] or less; and further melting and kneading a thermoplastic resin in the flame-retardant master batch obtained in the above step. A molded article is obtained by molding the flame-retardant resin composition.
【課題】 ポリエステル樹脂(PET、PBTなど)などの熱可塑性樹脂中における難燃剤の凝集物の生成を防ぐことによって、表面平滑性や表面外観性および難燃性に優れる熱可塑性樹脂成形品を提供するだけでなく、特にチューブ、シート、フィルムや繊維等において、凝集物を起点とした破壊を防ぎ、機械的強度に優れた熱可塑性樹脂成形品を提供すること。【解決手段】 予め熱可塑性樹脂と、比表面積が1.5〔m2/g〕以上の範囲であり、かつ、最大粒子径が45〔μm〕以下の範囲である有機リン酸金属塩とを溶融混練してマスターバッチを製造する工程、前記工程で得られた難燃性マスターバッチに、さらに、熱可塑性樹脂を溶融混練する工程を有する難燃性樹脂組成物の製造方法、前記難燃性樹脂組成物を成形して得られる成形品。【選択図】 なし |
