Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid molecule available for detection of ractopamine, which is an agonist to adrenoreceptor which is not approved in Japan, in meat or internal organs of cattle.SOLUTION: The invention provides a nucleic acid molecule comprising at least one polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of following (a)-(c), and the polynucleotide binds the nucleic acid containing at least one modified base to ractopamine. (a) is a polynucleotide consisting of a specific base sequence. (b) is a polynucleotide bound to ractopamine consisting of a base sequence at least 80% identical to the above-mentioned base sequence. (c) is a polynucleotide bound to ractopamine consisting of a base sequence complementary to a polynucleotide which hybridizes under stringent conditions to the polynucleotide consisting of the base sequence of the (a).
