LASER OPERATION LIGHT SOURCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser operation light source capable of generating high quality light, and having an integrated compact structure.SOLUTION: A laser operation light source includes a chamber housing a gas medium for generating plasma. The plasma emits radiation in response to the operation of a light source, under influence of laser radiation. The light source includes a housing for accommodating the chamber. The invention provides optical filter means assigned to the housing and/or arranged in the downstream of radiation of the housing in the optical path of radiation thus emitted. The optical filter means functions to filter the radiation emitted from the plasma spectrally in response to operation of the light source. 【課題】高品質の光を生成可能であると共に、一体化され小型化された構造を有するレーザ作動光源を提供する。【解決手段】レーザ作動光源は、プラズマを発生させるための気体媒体を収容するためのチャンバを包含する。プラズマは、レーザ放射の影響のもとで光源の作動に応じて放射を発する。光源は、チャンバを収容するための筐体を包含する。本発明は、筐体に割り当てられた、及び／又は、発した放射の光経路において筐体の下流に配置された、光フィルタ手段を提供する。光フィルタ手段は、光源の作動に応じてプラズマが発した放射をスペクトル的にフィルタリングするように機能する。【選択図】図１
