Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that luminous efficiency is lowered due to insufficient diffusion of heat from a fluorescent material in a conventional LED light-emitting device.SOLUTION: An LED light-emitting device comprises an LED element mounted on a substrate, a support member formed on the substrate so as to surround the LED element, a wavelength conversion member disposed on the support member, and an air layer between the wavelength conversion member and the LED element. The wavelength conversion member is constituted by holding a solvent between a translucent member and a phosphor layer. 【課題】従来のLED発光装置においては、蛍光材料からの熱の拡散が不十分で、発光効率が低下するという課題があった。【解決手段】基板上に実装されたLED素子と、前記基板上に前記LED素子を囲んで形成された支持部材と、該支持部材上に配置された波長変換部材と、該波長変換部材と前記LED素子との間の空気層とからなるLED発光装置において、前記波長変換部材は、当構成部材と蛍光体層とで溶媒を挟持して構成して課題を解決した。【選択図】図1
