Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer and a treatment film forming treatment system for suppressing nonuniformity of drying speed of a treatment agent coated on a main surface of a base material.SOLUTION: Inside a chamber 41, on both lateral sides (±Y sides) of a space sandwiched by an upper side hot air jetting part 45 and a treatment agent P coated on an upper surface S1 of a base material 5, partition members 48 are disposed respectively. Therefore, inside the chamber 41, a drying treatment space L1 is formed surrounded by the conveyed base material 5, the pair of partition members 48 and the upper side hot air jetting part 45, in YZ plan view. As both the drying treatment space L1 and the lateral side spaces (boundary parts L2) are partitioned by the partition members 48, air replacement in the boundary parts L2 hardly gives an influence on the drying treatment performed in the drying treatment space L1. Thereby, nonuniformity of an airflow in the Y direction in the drying treatment space L1 can be corrected. 【課題】基材の主面に塗布された処理剤の乾燥速度の不均一性を抑制する乾燥装置および処理膜形成処理システムを提供する。【解決手段】チャンバー41の内側において、上側熱風噴出部45と基材5の上面S1に塗布された処理剤Pとに挟まれる空間の両側方(?Y側)にはそれぞれ仕切部材48が配設される。このため、チャンバー41内には、YZ平面視において、搬送される基材5と一組の仕切部材48と上側熱風噴出部45とによって囲まれる乾燥処理空間L1が形成される。乾燥処理空間L1とその側方空間(境界部L2)とが仕切部材48によって仕切られるため、乾燥処理空間L1内で行われる乾燥処理において境界部L2での空気置換の影響を受け難い。これにより、乾燥処理空間L1内のY方向における気流の不均一性を是正することができる。【選択図】図3
