DOOR UNLOCKING METHOD, ASSET USAGE RIGHT LEASING METHOD, AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door unlocking method utilizing voice modulation, an asset usage leasing method, and a system using the methods.SOLUTION: A door 212 has a voice receiver.
