Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety and effective insulin resistance improving agent, a blood neutral lipid reduction agent, and a blood glucose level improving agent which comprise a naturally occurring ingredient and can be expected to have an effect in everyday life by ingesting them.SOLUTION: An insulin resistance improving agent, a blood neutral lipid reduction agent, and a blood glucose level improving agent which contain mung bean protein as an active ingredient are provided. The mung bean protein is preferably 8S α globulin. 【課題】天然物由来成分であり、日常生活において、その摂取により効果が期待できる、安全でかつ効果的なインスリン抵抗性改善剤、血中中性脂肪低減剤および血糖値改善剤を提供する。【解決手段】緑豆蛋白質を有効成分として含有するインスリン抵抗性改善剤、血中中性脂肪低減剤および血糖値改善剤が提供される。緑豆蛋白質は8Sαグロブリンであることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
