Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plastic honeycomb core firstly excellent in terms of cost performance, secondly capable of obtaining a high rigidity, and thirdly capable of realizing weight reduction.SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes first, second, and third processes, and a plastic honeycomb core is manufactured through these processes. In the first process, many pipes 7 are planarly grouped within a binding frame 10, and the respective pipes 7 are bound and retained by the binding frame 10 in a mutually contacted and immobile state. In the second process, both edges of each pipe 7 are contacted with hot plates having a temperature higher than the melting point of the used plastic so as to be provisionally heated and melted. In the third process, the edges of the respective pipes 7 are mutually fused between adjacent members thereof via heating and melting, and collar portions are also formed.
【課題】第1に、コスト面に優れ、第2に、高い剛性が得られ、第3に、軽量化も実現されるプラスチック製ハニカムコアの製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】この製造方法は、第1工程,第2工程,第3工程を有してなり、これらの工程を辿ることにより、プラスチック製ハニカムコアを製造する。第1工程では、パイプ7を多数個、拘束枠10内に平面的に集合させ、拘束枠10によりパイプ7相互間を、接触,不動状態にて拘束,保持させる。第2工程では、各パイプ7の両端部を、使用されたプラスチックの融点より高温の熱板に当接させ、もって一旦加熱,溶融させる。第3工程では、加熱,溶融により、各パイプ7の端部について、それぞれ隣接する相互間が溶着すると共に、鍔部が形成される。【選択図】図1 |
