Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage a large number of bills using a serial number.SOLUTION: A bill management system which manages a bill includes: a storage part which stores a serial number of a plurality of bill in association with a managing code; a reading part which reads the managing code attached to the plurality of bills and storage container ID attached to a bill storage container storing the plurality of bills; and a bill management part which manages the managing code in association with the storage container ID read by the reading part. 【課題】記番号を利用して大量の紙幣を容易に管理する。【解決手段】紙幣を管理する紙幣管理システムを、複数紙幣の記番号を管理コードに関連付けて記憶する記憶部と、複数紙幣に付された管理コードとこの複数紙幣を収納する紙幣収納容器に付された収納容器ＩＤとを読み取る読取部と、読取部によって読み取られた管理コードと収納容器ＩＤとを関連付けて管理する紙幣情報管理部とによって構成する。【選択図】図２
