Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strain detection device with high sensitivity and small sensitivity dispersion.SOLUTION: The strain detection device comprises: a resistance element 20 mounted on a flexible substrate 2, generating telescopic motion due to bending following to deformation of an elastic deformation member, and whose resistance value is varied due to strain caused by the telescopic motion; a wiring 30 connected to the resistance element 20; and a trimming part 25 for adjusting the resistance value of the resistance element 20. The wiring 30 has a first conduction pattern 31 and a second conduction pattern 32 respectively disposed on both ends of a direction of the telescopic motion of the resistance element 20. The resistance element 20 is formed of a strain element material pattern 21 and dimension of the trimming part 25 formed by removing part of the strain element material pattern 21 adjusts the resistance value, and the trimming part 25 is disposed over the first conduction pattern 31 to the second conduction pattern 32. 【課題】感度ばらつきが小さく、高感度の歪検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】可撓性基板2に配置され、弾性変形部材の変形に伴う撓みによって伸縮を生じ、該伸縮による歪で抵抗値が変化する抵抗素子20と、抵抗素子20に接続された配線30と、抵抗素子20の抵抗値を調整するトリミング部25と、を備え、配線30は抵抗素子20の伸縮の方向の両端にそれぞれ配置された第1導電パターン31と第2導電パターン32とを有し、抵抗素子20は、歪素子材料パターン21からなり、歪素子材料パターン21の一部が除去されてなるトリミング部25の寸法によって抵抗値が調整されるとともに、トリミング部25は、第1導電パターン31から第2導電パターン32に亘って設けられている。【選択図】図3
