Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinker removal device facilitating manual work with a simple structure, and capable of efficiently removing clinker adhering to or deposited on a throat part of a plurality of burners or ports installed in a boiler in a limited period of time, and a method for installing the clinker removal device.SOLUTION: In the clinker removal device, a lance tube (2) is prepared by connecting a first lance tube (2-1) having a nozzle (1) for injecting high pressure injection fluid, a second lance tube (2-3) having a fluid introduction part (7) for introducing the high pressure injection fluid from the outside in an end, and an intermediate lance tube (2-2) provided between the first and third lance tubes (2-1 and 2-3) and having connecting parts (4-1 and 4-2) for connecting the first and second lance tubes (2-1 and 2-3) on both ends, and a plurality of guide members (3) are provided which are slidable in a gap between the lance tube (2) and a sleeve-like member (5) arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the tube (2) by penetrating a furnace wall.
【課題】簡易な構成で人手による作業がしやすく、限られた期間に、ボイラに多数設置されたバーナやポート類のスロート部に付着・堆積したクリンカを効率的に除去できるクリンカ除去装置と該クリンカ除去装置の設置方法の提供。【解決手段】高圧の噴射流体を噴射するノズル(1)を備えた第1のランスチューブ(2-1)、端部に外部から高圧の噴射流体を導入する流体導入部(7)を設けた第2のランスチューブ(2-3)、第1、第3のランスチューブ(2-1、2-3)の間にあって、前記第1、第2のランスチューブ(2-1、2-3)を両端部で連結する連結部(4-1、4-2)をそれぞれ備えた中間ランスチューブ(2-2)を連結してランスチューブ(2)を構成し、該ランスチューブ(2)と該チューブ(2)の外周面に火炉壁を貫通して配置されるスリーブ状部材(5)との隙間内を摺動可能な複数のガイド部材(3)を設けたクリンカ除去装置である。【選択図】図1 |
