Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a sintered ore which enables production of a sintered ore having high strength and stable quality with high productivity by using a nickel ore containing impurities and is excellent in workability.SOLUTION: A method of producing a sintered ore includes a dry step of drying a nickel ore containing impurities, a sieve step of sieving the dried nickel ore to remove impurities and obtain a powder nickel ore, a mixing step of mixing a sintered ore raw material containing a powder iron ore with the powder nickel ore to obtain a mixed raw material and a sinter step of sintering the mixed raw material to produce a sintered ore. 【課題】夾雑物を含有するニッケル鉱石を使用して、高強度で安定した品質の焼結鉱を高い生産性で製造することが可能であり、且つ作業性に優れる焼結鉱の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】夾雑物を含有するニッケル鉱石を乾燥させる乾燥工程と、乾燥させたニッケル鉱石を篩過して前記夾雑物を除去するとともに粉状のニッケル鉱石を得る篩過工程と、粉状の鉄鉱石を含む焼結鉱原料に前記粉状のニッケル鉱石を混合して混合原料を得る混合工程と、前記混合原料を焼結して焼結鉱を製造する焼結工程と、を備える製造方法により、焼結鉱を製造する。【選択図】図1
