Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic heat transfer pipe surface inspection device capable of simply, efficiently and quickly inspecting the presence/absence of corrosion with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In a heat transfer pipe 2 to the external surface of which an attachment 4 is fastened, a magnetic heat transfer pipe surface inspection device inspects the presence/absence of corrosion. The magnetic heat transfer pipe surface inspection device includes: a probe 11 generating an eddy current at the surface layer of the heat transfer pipe 2; a jig 40 holding the probe 11 and having a curvature surface curved along the peripheral surface of the heat transfer pipe 2; and a magnet 5 making the jig 40 get adsorbed to the heat transfer pipe 2. The jig 40 is adsorbed to the heat transfer pipe 2 with the magnet 5 and is moved on the attachment 4 along the heat transfer pipe 2, and the presence/absence of corrosion is inspected by a detection signal of the probe 11 based on the eddy current.
【課題】 簡便でありながら効率よく且つ高速に腐食の有無を精度よく検査することの可能な磁性伝熱管表面検査装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 外表面に付着物4が固着した伝熱管2において外表面に生じる腐食の有無を検査する。伝熱管2の表層部に渦電流を発生させるプローブ11と、プローブ11を保持すると共に伝熱管2の周面に沿うように湾曲させた湾曲面を有する治具40と、治具40を伝熱管2に吸着させる磁石5とを有する。治具40を磁石5で伝熱管2に吸着させると共に伝熱管2に沿って付着物4上を移動させて渦電流に基づくプローブ11の検出信号により腐食の有無を検査する。【選択図】 図1 |
