Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve some problems found in a fluid jet device in which adjustment of pressure adjusting device requires much amount of troublesome work.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fluid jet device 1 constructed and operated such that a cylinder filled and encapsulated with high pressure fluid is installed at a fixing part of a main body case, jet pressure of jet fluid is adjusted through a pressure adjusting mechanism arranged at the main body case in correspondence with pressure of high pressure fluid and fluid is injected out of a discharging port, the pressure adjusting mechanism 3 has a structure in which it adjusts a pressure adjusting member in advance at the time of assembly of the device main body in such a way that the fluid flow passage may be opened at a fluid pressure of a prescribed range and after this operation, the pressure adjusting member is fixed so as not to be movable and not enabling its pressure to be adjusted and at the same time a switch mechanism for opening or closing a fluid discharging flow passage 2d under operation of the opening or closing members (4, 5, 6) attached to the main body case 2 is installed at the midway part ranging from the pressure adjusting mechanism 3 to a fluid jet discharging port 37 punched at the main body case 2.
【課題】本発明は、流体噴出装置に関し、調圧装置の調整に要する手間が多く掛かり煩わしいことが課題であって、それを解決することである。【解決手段】高圧流体が充填され封入されたボンベを本体ケースの取付け部に装着することで、前記ボンベから前記高圧流体の圧力に対応して前記本体ケースに設けられた調圧機構部を介することで噴出流体の噴出圧力を調節して、前記流体を吐出口から噴出させる流体噴出装置において、前記調圧機構部3が、所定範囲の流体圧力において流体流路が開くように、予め装置本体の組立時に調圧部材を調圧し、その後、前記調圧部材が可動しないように固定して組立後に調圧できない構造であるとともに、前記調圧機構部3から本体ケース2に穿設された流体噴出用の吐出口37に至る途中に、前記本体ケース2に取付けられる開閉操作部材(4,5,6)によって流体の吐出用流路2dを開閉するスイッチ機構部が設けられている流体噴出装置1とするものである。【選択図】図1 |
