SUPERSONIC IRONING DEVICE OF ROLL TYPE AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supersonic ironing device that can surely prevent a defective lateral heat seal due to a content bite by removing a content adhering to the interior of a lateral heat seal planned part.SOLUTION: A supersonic ironing device 12 of an automatic packaging machine comprises a supersonic horn 101 having excited supersonic waves, a support member 111 facing the tip of this supersonic horn, and an ironing drive mechanism that acts so that the tip of this supersonic horn and a support plate may press each other or separate obliquely upward from each other by directing obliquely downward of a cylindrical packaging bag. This support member is cylindrical or almost columnar, keeps both ends pivotally supported in a swingable manner, and therefore makes the ironing acting time remain optimized in accordance with the packaging film or the content while preventing an occurrence of the problem of marking due to the ironing work even when a packaging film of high surface frictional resistance is used. 【課題】横ヒートシール予定部分の内部に付着している内容物を除去し、確実に内容物噛み込みによる横シール不良を防止できる超音波しごき装置を提供する。【解決手段】自動包装機の超音波しごき装置１２には、超音波を励起した超音波ホーン１０１と、この超音波ホーン先端部分に相対する受け部材１１１と、この超音波ホーン先端部分と受け板が互いに筒状包装袋の斜め下方を向いて押圧もしくは斜め上方に離反するように動作するしごき駆動機構と、を備えており、この受け部材は、形状が円筒状又は略円柱状で、その両端が回転可能に軸支されているため、表面の摩擦抵抗が高い包装フィルムを使用した場合であっても、しごき作業による傷痕付与の問題発生を防止しつつ、しごき動作時間も包装フィルムや内容物に合わせて最適化されている。【選択図】図２
