Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing a rotor, which can prevent that a gap is generated between core-constituting silicon steel sheets.SOLUTION: A centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing a rotor, consists of: a rotary plate 110; and a sleeve 120 that is provided on a top of the rotary plate 110, has a cylindrical structure having an inner diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of a silicon steel sheet constituting a core 200. Particularly, the centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing the rotor includes: the sleeve 120 inside which a plurality of silicon steel sheets are stacked; a top die 130 where a space S1 to be injected with a molten metal, for molding an end ring, is formed on a top of the core 200; a bottom die 140 where a space S2 to be injected with the molten metal for molding an end ring is formed beneath the core 200; a dummy shaft 150 coupled with the bottom die 140; a cap 160 assembled to an upper end part of the dummy shaft 150 to press the upper end part of the dummy shaft 150 to press an upper end part of the core 200; and a hydraulic ram 170 that moves up and down by driving a lifting device 180 and moves the bottom die 140 up and down, and is coupled with the rotary plate 110 so as to rotate together with the rotary plate 110. 【課題】コアを構成する珪素鋼板同士の間が開くことを防止できる回転子製造用の遠心鋳造装置の提供。【解決手段】回転板110と回転板110の上部に設けられ、コア200を構成する珪素鋼板の外径に対応する内径を有する円筒状の構造であり、内部に複数の珪素鋼板が積層されているスリーブ120と、コア200の上部に端絡環の成形のための溶湯が注入される空間S1が形成されている上部金型130と、コア200の下部に端絡環の成形のための溶湯が注入される空間S2が形成されている下部金型140と、下部金型140に結合されているダミーシャフト150と、ダミーシャフト150の上端部に組み立てられ、コア200の上端部を加圧するキャップ160と、昇降装置180の駆動によって上下に移動し下部金型140を上下に移動させ回転板110と共に回転するように回転板110に結合されている油圧ラム170と、からなる回転子製造用の遠心鋳造装置。【選択図】図1
