Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor, capable of improving reliability of a laminated ceramic capacitor, and to provide a ceramic powder for a laminated ceramic capacitor.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor according to the present invention manufactures a laminated ceramic capacitor which includes: a ceramic element assembly formed by alternately laminating a plurality of dielectric ceramic layers and a plurality of internal electrodes; and external electrodes formed on an outer surface of the ceramic element assembly and electrically connected to the internal electrodes. The dielectric ceramic layers of the laminated ceramic capacitor are produced using the ceramic powder which has a crushing strength of 1854 kPa or less and contains a perovskite type compound containing Ba and Ti.
【課題】積層セラミックコンデンサの信頼性を向上しうる積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法および積層セラミックコンデンサ用セラミック粉末を提供する。【解決手段】この発明にかかる積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法は、複数の誘電体セラミック層と複数の内部電極とが交互に積層されてなるセラミック素体と、セラミック素体の外表面に形成され、内部電極と電気的に接続されている外部電極と、を備える積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法である。そして、積層セラミックコンデンサの誘電体セラミック層は、圧壊強度が1854kPa以下である、BaとTiとを含むペロブスカイト型化合物を含有するセラミック粉末を用いて作製されることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
