PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack.SOLUTION: Provided is a battery pack. Though the battery pack includes: a battery assembly including a battery cell and a spacer which are alternately arranged; a side plate which is extended crossing the side surface of the battery assembly; and a floating prevention part which protrudes toward the battery assembly so as to cover the upper part of the battery assembly from the side plate, the floating prevention part is aligned on the spacer. As a result, the battery pack is provided whose structure is improved so as to firmly restrain battery cells in spite of the fact that an assembling process is facilitated in a process in which two or more battery cells are assembled and modularized. 【課題】バッテリパックを提供する。【解決手段】バッテリパックに係り、該バッテリパックは、交互に配置されたバッテリセルとスペーサとを含むバッテリ組立体と、バッテリ組立体の側面を横切って延長されるサイドプレートと、サイドプレートからバッテリ組立体の上部を覆うように、バッテリ組立体に向けて突出した遊動防止部と、を含むが、該遊動防止部は、スペーサ上に整列される。これにより、２以上の複数バッテリセルを組み合わせてモジュール化させる過程で、組立て工程が容易になされながらも、バッテリセルを堅固に拘束するように構造が改善されたバッテリパックが提供される。【選択図】図１
