PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method capable of feeding a liquid toner suitably to a developing roller.SOLUTION: A system includes a reservoir 110 for reserving a liquid toner, a feeding member 120, and a developing member 130. The feeding member is arranged so as to rotate to transfer a liquid toner 111 from the reservoir to the developing member and includes a feed assisting member 140. The feeding member comes into contact with the feed assisting member along a contact area CA arranged inside the liquid toner in the reservoir.
