FITTING STRUCTURE OF EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANCE STRENGTHENING FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen earthquake-resistance in a state of securing sufficient waterproofness to an existing building.SOLUTION: The fitting structure of an earthquake-resistance strengthening frame 10 is provided for connecting the earthquake-resistance strengthening frame 10 installed outdoors to a horizontal member BM via a connection opening 30, by forming the connection opening 30 by removing an outer wall member SY of a part corresponding to the horizontal member BM of a building H. The earthquake-resistance strengthening frame 10 comprises an upper frame member 11 extending along the horizontal member BM, and is connected to the horizontal member BM via a connection fin part 110 provided in the upper frame member 11. The connection fin part 110 is provided with opposed surfaces 113a and 114a opposed to an end surface of the connection opening 30 formed in the outer wall member SY, and a sealant 56 is applied between the opposed surfaces 113a and 114a and the end surfaces 32 and 33 of the connection opening 30 formed in the outer wall member SY. 【課題】既存建築物に対して十分な防水性を確保した状態で耐震補強すること。【解決手段】建築物Ｈの横架材ＢＭに対応した部分の外壁部材ＳＹを除去して連結用開口３０を形成し、室外に設置した耐震補強枠１０を、連結用開口３０を介して横架材ＢＭに連結するようにした耐震補強枠１０の取付構造であって、耐震補強枠１０は、横架材ＢＭに沿って延在する上枠部材１１を有し、上枠部材１１に設けた連結ヒレ部１１０を介して横架材ＢＭに連結するものであり、連結ヒレ部１１０には、外壁部材ＳＹに形成した連結用開口３０の端面に対向する対向面１１３ａ，１１４ａを設け、対向面１１３ａ，１１４ａと外壁部材ＳＹに形成した連結用開口３０の端面３２，３３との間にシール材５６を塗布した。【選択図】図３
