PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container capable of suppressing closure of a spout.SOLUTION: A package container for storing a content to be refilled to a bottle having a mouth part and for pouring the content into the bottle includes a surface sheet (11) and a back surface sheet (12). Therein, each of the sheets (11, 12) includes a part (20) to be removed, an upper seal part (40), a lower seal part (50) and a pinching part (60).
