Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber molding apparatus which facilitates production and replacement work of a nozzle and suppresses occurrence of squeeze-out of rubber.SOLUTION: A rubber molding apparatus 10 includes an extruder 12 which kneads and delivers a rubber material and a nozzle 16 attached to a die head part 14 of the extruder 12, and a rubber delivered from the extruder 12 is extruded from an opening 28 provided in the nozzle 16 to mold a rubber member. In the nozzle 16, the opening 28 is formed with a combination of a first nozzle member 24 and a second nozzle member 26. In both side parts of the opening 28, a dam plate 36 bridged over mating surfaces 30a and 30b of the first nozzle member 24 and the second nozzle member 26 are provided on the downstream side of the nozzle 16 in the extrusion direction. 【課題】口金の製造や交換作業を容易に行うことができるとともに、ゴムのはみ出しが発生しにくいゴム成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】ゴム材料を混練して送り出す押出機１２と、押出機１２のダイヘッド部１４に取り付けられる口金１６とを備え、押出機１２から送り出されたゴムを口金１６に設けられた開口部２８から押し出してゴム部材を成形するゴム成形装置１０において、口金は１６、第１口金部材２４と第２口金部材２６とを組み合わせて開口部２８が形成され、開口部２８の両側部において第１口金部材２４と第２口金部材２６の合わせ面３０ａ，３０ｂを跨ぐ堰板３６が、口金１６の押出方向下流側に設けられている。【選択図】図２
