Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial tool fitting method capable of improving tool deviation accuracy at the time of fitting the industrial tool to a shrunk holder fixed to a rotary spindle.SOLUTION: An industrial tool fitting method includes the steps of: heating a shrunk holder fixed to a rotary spindle using a heater arranged around the shrunk holder to open the shrunk holder; inserting an industrial tool into the shrunk holder that is in an open state; and cooling the shrunk holder to close the shrunk holder. In the step of heating the shrunk holder to open the shrunk holder, the shrunk holder and the heater are rotated relatively to each other. 【課題】回転主軸に固定された焼嵌めホルダに工具をセットする際に、工具の振れ精度を向上できる工具取り付け方法を提供する。【解決手段】回転主軸に固定された焼嵌めホルダを当該焼嵌めホルダの周囲に配置された加熱装置を用いて加熱して当該焼嵌めホルダを開放する工程と、開放状態の前記焼嵌めホルダの内部に工具を挿入する工程と、前記焼嵌めホルダを冷却して当該焼嵌めホルダを閉塞する工程と、を備え、前記焼嵌めホルダを加熱して当該焼嵌めホルダを開放する工程では、当該焼嵌めホルダと前記加熱装置とが相対的に回転されるようになっていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図6
