Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring a sedimentation state of a sedimentation basin, in which the sedimentation state of a suspended matter in the sedimentation basin can be detected in the anterior of an inflow part of a filter basin, and in which settling quality of the suspended matter can be determined.SOLUTION: A method for monitoring a sedimentation state of a sedimentation basin includes the steps of: measuring a characteristic value on an inflow part side, which indicates water quality at a first spot in the neighborhood of the inflow part of a sedimentation basin; measuring a characteristic value on a downstream side, which indicates water quality at least one other spot which is located on the downstream side beyond the first spot of the sedimentation basin and on an upstream side of an outflow part of the sedimentation basin; and determining settling quality of a suspended matter in the sedimentation basin by using an index based on the measured characteristic value on the inflow part side and the characteristic value on the downstream side. In the method for monitoring the sedimentation state of the sedimentation basin, the other spot is disposed at a location separated from the first spot by an extent that allows a change of water quality to be grasped for the first spot caused by settling of the suspended matter, and at a location where the suspended matter is on the way to settling, and the characteristic value on the inflow part side and the characteristic value on the downstream side are obtained by measuring a quantity of the suspended matter within at least one range of a predetermined size contained in a prescribed amount of treated water.
【課題】沈澱池における懸濁物質の沈降状態を濾過池の流入部分よりも前で検知でき、その沈降性の良否を判断できる、沈澱池の沈降状態のモニタリング方法を提供する。【解決手段】沈澱池の流入部近傍の第1地点の水質を示す流入部側特性値を測定することと、沈澱池の第1地点より下流側、かつ、沈澱池の流出部よりも上流側の少なくとも1つの他の地点の水質を示す下流側特性値を測定することと、測定された流入部側特性値および下流側特性値に基づく指標を用いて沈澱池の懸濁物質の沈降性の良否を判断することとを含み、他の地点が、懸濁物質の沈降による前記第1地点に対する水質の変化を把握できる程度に第1地点から離れた位置、かつ、懸濁物質が沈降途上にある位置に設けられ、流入部側特性値および下流側特性値が、所定量の被処理水に含まれる、少なくとも1つの所定の大きさの範囲内の懸濁物質の数を測定することにより得られる。【選択図】図1 |
