Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent medical propylene-ethylene-based resin composition and an injection molded article thereof good in moldability during injection molding, excellent in a balance of rigidity and shock resistance, low temperature shock resistance, low debris occurrence and transparency, especially excellent in shock resistance and low leachability after radiation sterilization, and satisfying 6 chemical requirements described in JIS T3210:2011 sterilized injection syringe, or a heavy metal test, a lead test, a cadmium test and an eluate test described in Notification No.494 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Bureau, a quality and test method of a blood circuit in dialysis type artificial kidney apparatus approval standard IV, after the radiation sterilization.SOLUTION: There is provided a medical propylene-ethylene-based resin composition consisting of a propylene-ethylene copolymer (A) having the ethylene content of 0.1 to 3 wt.%, a melt flow rate (MFR) according to JIS K 7210 (230°C, 2.16 kg load) of 10 to 300 g/10 min and a propylene-ethylene copolymer (B) having the ethylene content of 5 to 20 wt.% and MFR of 1 to 50 g/10 min. The weight ratio of the propylene-ethylene copolymer (A) and the propylene-ethylene copolymer (B) is 90:10 to 60:40, and the ethylene content in the medical propylene-ethylene-based resin composition is 2 to 8 wt.%.
【課題】射出成形時の成形加工性が良好で、剛性と耐衝撃性のバランス、低温耐衝撃性、低異物出現性及び透明性に優れ、特に放射線滅菌後の耐衝撃性、低溶出性に優れ、かつ、JIS T3210:2011 滅菌済み注射筒に記載の6化学的要求事項、又は、薬発第494号 透析型人工腎臓装置承認基準 IV血液回路の品質及び試験法に記載の重金属試験、鉛試験、カドミウム試験、溶出物試験を放射線滅菌後に満足するという優れた医療用プロピレン−エチレン系樹脂組成物及びその射出成形品を提供する。【解決手段】エチレン含量が0.1〜3重量%、JIS K7210(230℃、2.16kg荷重)に準拠したメルトフローレイト(以下、MFRと略称することがある。)が10〜300g/10minであるプロピレン−エチレン共重合体(A)とエチレン含量が5〜20重量%、MFRが1〜50g/10minであるプロピレン−エチレン共重合体(B)からなる医療用プロピレン−エチレン系樹脂組成物であり、プロピレン−エチレン共重合体(A)とプロピレン−エチレン共重合体(B)の重量比が90:10〜60:40、かつ、医療用プロピレン−エチレン系樹脂組成物のエチレン含量が2〜8重量%である医療用プロピレン−エチレン系樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし |
