Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make narrow a region where an electrolyte membrane sheet may be creased or folded, in sheet joint work with exchange of former and new rollers.SOLUTION: In an MEA manufacturing device 100, a long electrolyte membrane sheet 20S is conveyed to an anode transfer mechanism part 110 and a cathode transfer mechanism part 120 together with a back sheet Bs, and an anode sheet 21S for forming an anode 21 and a cathode 22 are transferred. The electrolyte membrane sheet 20A is taken up by an electrolyte membrane sheet roll 20R together with the back sheet Bs while being formed in the back sheet Bs, and sent from the electrolyte membrane sheet roll 20R to a first transfer roller 112 and a second transfer roller 122 together with the back sheet Bs. The electrolyte membrane sheet roll 20R has already taken a dummy sheet DS which is continued to the back sheet Bs in which the electrolyte membrane sheet 20A has been already formed, around a take-up core 20Rc and sends out the dummy sheet Ds continuously after the back sheet Bs.
【課題】新旧のローラー交換に伴うシート継ぎ作業において、電解質膜シートのしわや折れが起き得る領域の狭小化を図る。【解決手段】MEA製造装置100は、長尺状の電解質膜シート20SをバックシートBsと共にアノード転写機構部110とカソード転写機構部120に搬送し、アノード21形成用のアノードシート21Sとカソード22とを転写する。電解質膜シート20Sは、バックシートBsに形成された状態でバックシートBsと共に電解質膜シートロール20Rに巻き取られて、この電解質膜シートロール20RからバックシートBsと共に第1転写ローラー112、第2転写ローラー122に送り出される。電解質膜シートロール20Rは、電解質膜シート20Sが形成済みのバックシートBsと連続するダミーシートDSを巻取コア20Rcに巻き取り済みであり、ダミーシートDSをバックシートBsに続いて送り出す。【選択図】図7 |
