PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route search method or the like capable of creating an appropriate tentative solution by appropriately selecting a seed customer in an insertion method.SOLUTION: When a tentative solution is created by an insertion method, a customer management unit 3 divides a space into a plurality of regions, and a seed customer selection unit 5 selects each seed customer from the customers existing in each of the divided regions. A tentative solution creation unit 7 creates a tentative solution by inserting another customer into a closed circuit between each selected seed customer and a deposit. Thus, customers existing around a certain point are prevented from being intensively selected as a seed customer, and a tentative solution that does not require many executions of the insertion method can be created. 【課題】 挿入法において、種顧客を適切に選択して、より適切な暫定解を生成することが可能な経路探索方法等を提案する。【解決手段】 挿入法により暫定解を生成する場合に、顧客管理部３は、空間を複数の領域に分割し、種顧客選択部５は、分割された領域に存在する顧客からそれぞれ種顧客を選択する。暫定解生成部７は、選択された各種顧客とデポとの閉路に対して、他の顧客を挿入することにより、暫定解を生成する。これにより、種顧客として、ある地点の周辺に存在する顧客を集中的に選択することを防ぎ、挿入法の実行回数が少なくても良い暫定解を作成することが可能になる。【選択図】図１
