Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive device including a hob plate of a radiation heating device and a temperature sensor, which eliminates temperature measurement errors due to large temperature changes across the surface region of the hob plate.SOLUTION: A temperature sensitive device 10 includes a heat transfer plate 14, a temperature sensor is attached to the heat transfer plate, and the heat transfer plate 14 is provided on the lower surface of a hob plate. Consequently, the temperature sensitive device 10 can perform measurement in an averaged manner over a relatively large area, and can be simply attached in a reliable manner. 【課題】輻射加熱装置のホブ板と温度センサを含む温度感知装置において、ホブ板の表面領域を横切る大きな温度変化による温度測定誤差をなくす。【解決手段】温度感知装置１０は、熱伝導板１４を持ち、それに対して温度センサが取り付けられ、熱伝導板１４がホブ板の下面に付与される。従って、前記温度感知装置１０は、比較的大きな面積に渡って平均化された態様で測定することができ、かつ簡単でかつ信頼性のある態様で取り付けられることができる。【選択図】図２
