Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a weld line while shifted from a central line.SOLUTION: In a resin torque rod having a main body portion configured by integrally forming a first ring portion and a second ring portion on both end portions of a rod portion, a lightening hole is formed near the first ring portion eccentrically to an upper side to be asymmetric to a central line C0. As a cross-sectional area of an upper side with respect to the lightening hole becomes narrower than a lower side, resin flow at the upper side of the lightening hole is slowed down in comparison with that at the lower side, so that the resin flowing on an upper portion 62A of a ring molding portion 62 flows over an outer end portion P2 at a low speed as shown by an arrow A, the resin flowing on a lower portion 62B flows at a high speed as shown by an arrow B, and the flows are joined between an upper end portion Q1 and the outer end portion P2 to form a weld line 70 there.
【課題】ウエルドラインを中心線からずらして形成する。【解決手段】ロッド部の両端部に第1リング部と第2リング部を一体に形成した本体部を有する樹脂トルクロッドにおいて、第1リング部近傍に肉抜き穴を上側へ偏在させて配置し、中心線C0に対して非対称に配置する。すると、肉抜き穴より上側の断面積が下側よりも狭くなるので、肉抜き穴より上側の樹脂の流れが下側よりも遅くなり、リング成形部62の上部62Aを流れる樹脂は低速で矢示Aのように、外側端部P2を越えて流れ、下部62Bを流れる樹脂は矢示Bのように高速で流れ、上側端部Q1と外側端部P2の間で合流し、ここでウエルドライン70を形成する。【選択図】図4 |
