Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for revascularization having a high mechanical strength withstanding a stress due to blood flow when implanted to a defective part in a blood vessel, and capable of regenerating the blood vessel with high efficiency by preventing vascular endothelium from thickening.SOLUTION: A base material for revascularization is composed of a laminate obtained by laminating at least two layers of fiber assembly layers in which fibers, composed of a bioabsorbable polymer, having an average fiber diameter of 0.05 to 10 μm are assembled. The base material for revascularization has an apparent density of 200 kg/mor more, and a gap between the fiber assembly layers.
【課題】血管の欠損部に移植したときに血流による応力に耐えられる高い機械的強度を有し、かつ、血管内皮の肥厚化を防止して高い効率で血管を再生することができる血管再生基材を提供する。【解決手段】生体吸収性高分子からなる平均繊維径0.05〜10μmの繊維が集合した繊維集合体層が少なくとも2層以上積層された積層体からなる血管再生基材であって、見かけ密度が200kg/m3以上であり、かつ、前記繊維集合体層間に空隙を有する血管再生基材。【選択図】 図1 |
