Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing highly concentrated placenta extract which is extracted from a placenta of horses, pigs or the like.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing placenta extract has: an enzymolysis process A of adding enzyme to a pre-treatment placenta Pa to perform enzymolysis; a placenta micronization extracting process B of colliding with a post-treatment placenta Pb obtained in the enzymolysis process A at high speed to micronize the placenta to extract micronized placenta Pc; and a filtration process C of filtering the micronized placenta Pc obtained in the placenta micronization extracting process B. The method further has: a filling process D of hermetically sealing placenta extract P obtained in the filtration process C into a pouch container 13 (bag-shaped container); and a high pressure treatment process of holding the pouch container 13 filled with the placenta extract P under high pressure for a predetermined time. 【課題】馬や豚等の胎盤より抽出する高濃度のプラセンタエキスの製造方法。【解決手段】処理前胎盤Paに酵素を加えて酵素分解を行う酵素分解工程Aと、当該酵素分解工程Aで得られた処理後胎盤Pbを高速で衝突させて微細化して微細プラセンタPcを抽出するプラセンタ微細化抽出工程Bと、当該プラセンタ微細化抽出工程Bで得られた微細プラセンタPcをろ過するろ過工程Cとを有し、さらに、上記ろ過工程Cで得られたプラセンタエキスPを、パウチ容器13(袋状容器)に密閉する充填工程Dと、上記プラセンタエキスPの充填されたパウチ容器13を高圧下で所定時間保持する高圧処理工程とを有している。【選択図】図1
