Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine for a dynamo testing device that can prevent lubricant oil in a bearing of a rotary shaft from leaking outside and set the maximum rotation speed of a rotor higher with compact design.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing 8 for supporting a rotary shaft 5 of a rotor 4 is stored in a bearing case 9 fixed to lid members 2a at both end portions of a casing 2; a face 5a of a step opposing in a shaft direction to an end face of a cover member 9a of the bearing case 9 inside the casing 2 is provided in the rotary shaft 5; and a labyrinth seal 13, in which an annular protrusion 13b is fitted into an annular recessed groove 13a, is formed between the end face of the cover member 9a and the face 5a of the step of the rotary shaft 5; which prevent lubricant oil in the bearing 8 from leaking outside and allow the maximum rotation speed of the rotor 4 to be set higher with compact design.
【課題】回転軸の軸受の潤滑油が外部へ漏出するのを防止して、コンパクトな設計でロータの最大回転数を大きく設定できるダイナモ試験装置用回転電機を提供することである。【解決手段】ロータ4の回転軸5を支持する転がり軸受8をケーシング2の両端部の蓋部材2aに固定される軸受ケース9に収納し、回転軸5にケーシング2の内側で軸受ケース9のカバー部材9aの端面と軸方向で対向する段差面5aを設けて、カバー部材9aの端面と回転軸5の段差面5aとの間に、環状の凸条13bが環状の凹溝13aに嵌り込むラビリンスシール13を形成することにより、軸受8の潤滑油が外部へ漏出するのを防止して、コンパクトな設計でロータ4の最大回転数を大きく設定できるようにした。【選択図】図2 |
