Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless DC motor driver capable of reliably starting even when a blower fan is idling at a slow speed due to an outside wind or immediately after a driver has stopped operation.SOLUTION: The brushless DC motor driver includes: induction voltage detection means 14 that detects an induction voltage generated on a phase of winding; rotor estimation means 17 that estimates the position of a rotor 4; and threshold value setting means 22 that outputs a predetermined threshold value. The induction voltage detection means 14 compares the induction voltage generated on one phase of the winding and threshold value output from the threshold value setting means 22 to output a signal. The rotor estimation means 17 estimates the position of the rotating rotor 4 based on timing at 1/2 period when the induction voltage gets larger than a threshold value and when the induction voltage gets smaller than the threshold value.
【課題】 室外の風や駆動装置が停止直後に運転することによって送風ファンが空転している場合において、特に低い回転数で回転している場合においても、確実に起動ができることが必要である。【解決手段】巻線の1相に発生する誘起電圧を検出する誘起電圧検出手段14と、回転子4の位置を推定する回転子推定手段17と、あらかじめ定められたしきい値を出力するしきい値設定手段22を備え、誘起電圧検出手段14は前記巻線の1相に発生する誘起電圧としきい値設定手段22が出力するしきい値を比較して信号を出力し、回転子推定手段17は誘起電圧がしきい値より大きくなるタイミングと小さくなるタイミングの期間の1/2のタイミングから回転している回転子4の位置を推定する。【選択図】 図1 |
