Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire clip capable of efficiently fastening a wire rope through uniform fastening of several nuts.SOLUTION: Each of oppositely facing surfaces of a pair of holding plates 20 is provided with a rope groove 21 and there are provided at least more than three sets of a pair of bolt insertion holes 23 formed at both side parts of the rope groove 21 and oppositely facing in a width direction of the holding plates 20 while being spaced apart in a longitudinal direction of the holding plates 20, each of bolts 30 is inserted into each of the bolt insertion holes 23, the pair of holding plates 20 are fastened through rotation of a nut 40 threadably engaged with the bolt 30 so as to fasten two wire ropes 1 inserted into each of the rope grooves 21. One of the pair of holding plates 20 is divided into a plurality of segments in a longitudinal direction in such a way that a dividing plane may be positioned between the bolt insertion holes 23 arranged in the longitudinal direction, the bolt 30 and the nut 40 are classified in response to the number of division so as to easily make a uniform fastening force in the relation of the few number of nuts 40 forming a set.
【課題】複数のナットの均一な締め付けによるワイヤロープの締結を能率よく行うことができるようにしたワイヤクリップを提供することである。【解決手段】一対の挟持プレート20の対向面それぞれにロープ溝21を設け、そのロープ溝21の両側部に形成されて挟持プレート20の幅方向で対向する一対のボルト挿入孔23を挟持プレート20の長さ方向に間隔をおいて少なくとも3組以上設け、それぞれのボルト挿入孔23にボルト30を挿入し、そのボルト30にねじ係合されたナット40の回動により一対の挟持プレート20を締め付けてロープ溝21のそれぞれに挿入された2条のワイヤロープ1を締結する。一対の挟持プレート20の一方の挟持プレート20を、長さ方向に並ぶボルト挿入孔23間に分割面が位置するようにして長さ方向に複数に分割して、ボルト30およびナット40を分割数に応じて組み分けし、組を形成する少ない数のナット40の相互においての締め付け力の均一化を図り易くする。【選択図】図2 |
