METHOD FOR CONVEYING MOLTEN IRON BETWEEN MOLTEN IRON PROCESSING PLANT INCLUDING ONE DEPHOSPHORIZATION FURNACE AND CONVERTER PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveying molten iron between a molten iron processing plant including one dephosphorization furnace and a converter plant, by which production in the dephosphorization furnace is not disturbed by improving the conveying efficiency of the molten iron ladle even when the molten iron processing plant and the converter plant are present in plants of separate buildings, and by which the molten iron ladle can be conveyed efficiently while maintaining the productivity.SOLUTION: The method for conveying molten iron comprises: moving a molten iron conveying truck mounted with a contained ladle toward a receiving and sending station from a molten iron teeming station, and also lifting the contained ladle mounted on the molten iron receiving truck by a dephosphorization furnace molten iron teeming side crane located in the receiving and sending station; moving the dephosphorization furnace molten iron teeming side crane to a first departure and arrival station from the receiving and sending station; mounting the contained ladle lifted by the dephosphorization furnace molten iron teeming side crane on a conveying truck; lifting an empty ladle mounted on a conveying truck by the dephosphorization furnace molten iron teeming side crane; moving the dephosphorization furnace molten iron teeming side crane lifting the empty ladle to the receiving and sending station from the first departure and arrival station; and mounting the empty ladle on a molten iron receiving truck. 【課題】脱りん炉を備えた溶銑処理工場と転炉工場が別棟の工場にある場合でも溶銑鍋の運搬の効率を向上させて脱りん炉の生産阻害を発生させることが無く、生産性を維持しつつ効率良く運搬することができるようにする。【解決手段】本発明の溶銑の運搬方法は、実鍋を搭載した受湯台車を出湯ステーションから受け渡しステーションに向けて移動する。また、受湯台車に搭載された実鍋を受け渡しステーションに位置する脱りん炉出湯側クレーンによって吊り上げる。脱りん炉出湯側クレーンを受け渡しステーションから第１発着ステーションに移動する。脱りん炉出湯側クレーンによって吊り上げた実鍋を運搬台車に据え付ける。運搬台車に搭載した空鍋を脱りん炉出湯側クレーンによって吊り上げる。空鍋を吊り上げた脱りん炉出湯側クレーンを第１発着ステーションから受け渡しステーションに向けて移動する。空鍋を受湯台車に据え付ける。【選択図】図１
