Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveying molten iron between a molten iron processing plant including two dephosphorization furnaces and a converter plant, by which production in the dephosphorization furnace is not disturbed by improving the conveying efficiency of the molten iron ladle even when the molten iron processing plant and the converter plant are present in plants of separate buildings, and by which the molten iron ladles can be conveyed efficiently while maintaining the productivity.SOLUTION: The method for conveying molten iron comprises: lifting an empty ladle mounted on a conveying truck stopped at a first departure and arrival station by a dephosphorization furnace molten iron tapping side crane; moving the conveying truck toward a second departure and arrival station after the dephosphorization furnace molten iron tapping side crane has lifted the empty ladle; moving the dephosphorization furnace molten iron tapping side crane having lifted the empty ladle toward a first receiving and delivering station from the first departure and arrival station; mounting the empty ladle to a first receiving truck of the first receiving and delivering station by the dephosphorization furnace molten iron tapping side crane after arrival of the dephosphorization furnace molten iron tapping side crane having lifted the empty ladle at the first receiving and delivering station; and moving the first molten iron receiving truck mounted with the empty ladle to the first molten iron tapping station from the first receiving and delivering station.
【課題】脱りん炉を備えた溶銑処理工場と転炉工場が別棟の工場にある場合でも溶銑鍋の運搬の効率を向上させて脱りん炉の生産阻害を発生させることが無く、生産性を維持しつつ効率良く運搬することができるようにする。【解決手段】本発明の溶銑の運搬方法は、第1発着ステーションに停止している運搬台車に搭載した空鍋を脱りん炉出湯側クレーンによって吊り上げる。脱りん炉出湯側クレーンが空鍋を吊り上げ後、運搬台車を第2発着ステーションに向けて移動する。空鍋を吊り上げた脱りん炉出湯側クレーンを第1発着ステーションから第1受け渡しステーションに向けて移動する。空鍋を吊り上げた脱りん炉出湯側クレーンが第1受け渡しステーションに到着後、脱りん炉出湯側クレーンによって空鍋を第1受け渡しステーションの第1受湯台車に据え付ける。空鍋を搭載した第1受湯台車を第1受け渡しステーションから第1出湯ステーションに移動する。【選択図】図1 |
