【課題】 異物混入が少なく、単位重量当たりの電池容量が大きな積層型電池を製造する。【解決手段】 正極の活物質が片面に間欠塗布されロール状に巻かれた正極1と、負極の活物質が片面に間欠塗布されロール状に巻かれた負極2と、ロール状に巻かれたセパレータ3をつづら折り形状に積み重ね電池素子4を作成する。又、折り目の両端部は活物質が塗布されていない状態となっており、正極集電体5、負極集電体6はそれぞれ正極リード7、負極リード8で溶接されている。【選択図】 図1 |
