Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a laminate type battery having less contamination of foreign matter and large battery capacity per unit weight.SOLUTION: A positive electrode 1 in which a positive electrode active material is intermittently coated on a single surface and which is wound in a roll state, a negative electrode 2 in which a negative electrode active material is intermittently coated on the single surface and which is wound in the roll state and a separator 3 which is wound in the roll state are stacked in a zigzag shape to prepare a cell element 4. Moreover, both ends of a folded line are in a state where the active material is not coated, and a positive electrode current collector 5 and a negative electrode current collector 6 are welded by a positive electrode lead 7 and a negative electrode lead 8, respectively. 【課題】 異物混入が少なく、単位重量当たりの電池容量が大きな積層型電池を製造する。【解決手段】 正極の活物質が片面に間欠塗布されロール状に巻かれた正極1と、負極の活物質が片面に間欠塗布されロール状に巻かれた負極2と、ロール状に巻かれたセパレータ3をつづら折り形状に積み重ね電池素子4を作成する。又、折り目の両端部は活物質が塗布されていない状態となっており、正極集電体5、負極集電体6はそれぞれ正極リード7、負極リード8で溶接されている。【選択図】 図1
