Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing type continuous casting apparatus and a drawing type continuous casting method which can manufacture a cast having a high degree of precision by controlling coolability of a cooling part based on a distance between the cast and the cooling part.SOLUTION: A drawing type continuous casting apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a molten metal holding furnace 101 for holding a molten metal M1; a shape regulation member 102 which is disposed near a surface of the molten metal M1 held by the molten metal holding furnace 101, and regulates a cross-sectional shape a cast M3 to be casted by applying an external force onto the held molten metal M2 drawn-up from the molten metal surface; a cooling part 106 for cooling the cast M3 which is formed by solidification of the held molten metal M2; and a control part 110 which controls coolability of the cooling part 106 for an outer peripheral surface of the cast M3 based on a distance between the cooling part 106 and the cast M3 cooled by the cooling part 106.
【課題】鋳物と冷却部との距離に基づいて冷却部の冷却能力を制御することにより、精度の高い鋳物を鋳造することが可能な引上式連続鋳造装置及び引上式連続鋳造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る引上式連続鋳造装置は、溶湯M1を保持する溶湯保持炉101と、溶湯保持炉101に保持された溶湯M1の湯面近傍に設置され、湯面から引き上げられた保持溶湯M2に外力を印加することにより、鋳造する鋳物M3の断面形状を規定する形状規定部材102と、保持溶湯M2が凝固することにより形成された鋳物M3、を冷却する冷却部106と、冷却部106と冷却部106によって冷却されている鋳物M3との距離に基づいて、鋳物M3の外周面に対する冷却部106の冷却能力を制御する制御部110と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
