FILTRATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration apparatus which can discharge efficiently captured matter peeled from a filter medium during washing, prevent outflow of the filter medium contained in washing drainage from a drainage trough by means of a simple appliance and reduce the washing time and the amount of washing water in washing.SOLUTION: A filtration apparatus 1 includes a filtration layer 10 formed by packing a filter medium in the filtration tank 2 and a discharge trough 20 arranged above the filter layer 10, and a screen 60 is arranged on a side wall 22 of the discharge trough 20 which peels captured matter captured by the filtration layer 10 from the filter medium 11 by washing and discharges as washing drainage. The arrangement angle α of the screen 60 is 45-90 degree, and the arrangement width W is 14-36% of the inside-dimension width WT of the discharge trough 20. 【課題】洗浄時にろ材から剥離した抑留物を効率よく排出することができると共に、簡易な設備で排水トラフから洗浄排水に含まれるろ材が流出するのを防止することができ、更に、洗浄時の洗浄時間と洗浄水量を削減することができるろ過装置を提供する。【解決手段】ろ過槽２内にろ材が充填されて形成されたろ層１０と、ろ層１０より上方に設置される排出トラフ２０とを備えたろ過装置１において、ろ層１０に捕捉された抑留物を洗浄によりろ材１１から剥離し洗浄排水として排出する排出トラフ２０の側壁２２にスクリーン６０を設置し、そのスクリーン６０の設置角度αを４５度乃至９０度とし、設置幅Ｗを排出トラフ２０の内寸幅ＷＴに対し１４％乃至３６％とした。【選択図】図４
